Ben Meade carried out a fast-paced review of our client's proposed Data Strategy, liaising with key representatives from their Business & Digital teams, also the 3rd Party partner who had originally helped draw up the proposed Data Strategy.

This led to the identification that our client's then current (basic) levels of data literacy and maturity hadn’t been sufficiently considered or factored into the proposed Data Strategy, and that it needed a fundamental re-think and re-planning.

Ben Meade then helped with this, identifying the initial key elements our client needed to put in place to establish the right framework to support their Data Strategy alongside the data literacy and maturity improvements needed.

Complete re-framing of our client's originally proposed Data Strategy to better fit with their (basic) levels of data literacy and maturity and provide a realistic roadmap for improvement.
